Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Plenty Kicks: Street Football mobile application, hereby referred to as the “Application”, created by Jouke Damming, hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”. The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address, such as IP address.
- The pages or screens of the Application that you visit.
- The time and date of your visit and the time spent on app pages or screens.
- The total time spent using the Application.
- The operating system you use on your mobile device.
- Device identifiers, which may be used for app functionality, advertising attribution, third-party advertising, and tracking purposes where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
- Product interaction data, such as how you interact with app features, used for analytics and app improvement.
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
How Information Is Used
The Service Provider may use collected information to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Application; understand feature usage; measure performance; provide important notices; support advertising attribution and advertising-related functionality where applicable; and contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions.
Data Linked to You
Device identifiers may be collected and may be linked to your device or identity. These identifiers may be used for third-party advertising and tracking purposes where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
Data Not Linked to You
Product interaction data may be collected for analytics purposes. This usage data helps the Service Provider understand how the Application is used and improve the product experience. Product interaction data is not linked to your identity.
Third-Party Access and Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. The Service Provider does not share your personal information with third parties for their independent use.
Limited information may be processed by trusted service providers that help operate, analyze, advertise, attribute installs, or improve the Application. These service providers work on behalf of the Service Provider and are expected to handle information according to applicable privacy and security requirements.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider’s behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Advertising, Tracking, and Device Controls
Depending on your device settings and consent choices, the Application may use device identifiers for advertising, attribution, and tracking purposes. You may be able to limit tracking, reset advertising identifiers, or manage app tracking permissions through your mobile device settings. On iOS, you can manage tracking permissions in the Privacy & Security section of the Settings app.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact [email protected], and the Service Provider will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage and to instruct children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application or Services without permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider, please contact [email protected] so the necessary actions can be taken.
You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country, unless your parent or guardian is permitted to provide consent on your behalf.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that is processed and maintained.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended in the future.
